Initiate Your Return
Log into your NEEWER account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, batteries, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned gear for functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
